Hello! I’m Julia Thorley, and I’m thrilled to share my passion for beauty with you
With more than 35 years of experience in the beauty industry, I’ve had the privilege of working in some of the finest salons locally before opening my own at-home sanctuary in Bromsgrove.
Julia’s Beauty Room is now celebrating its 10th anniversary, a milestone that fills me with pride and gratitude for the loyal clients who have supported me along the way.

A highlight of my career was working at one of Clarins’s top 50 UK salons in Hagley, where I honed my skills and deepened my commitment to delivering exceptional treatments.
As a proud member of the British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology (BABTAC), I adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring my clients know they’re in safe hands – something I’ve always placed at the heart of my practice.

For me, beauty therapy isn’t just about treatments – it’s about helping you feel truly cared for. My mission is to create a calming space where you can unwind, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling rejuvenated, confident and glowing. Whether you’re seeking a moment of relaxation or tailored beauty solutions, I bring expertise, passion and a personal touch to every treatment.
I've only just started going to Julia’s Beauty Room. Very lovely atmosphere, calm and peaceful. Julia is really nice and made me feel very comfortable. Had a Lash Bomb and eyebrow tint/shape and really love it - no more mascara for a couple of months! I’ll be back!
