Julia's Beauty Room: Terms & Conditions
CANCELLATION CHARGE: Failure to give 24 hours notice of cancellation/reduce treatments booked will incur a charge of 100% of treatment costs. A “no show” will require full payment in advance for a future booking.
SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS (when open): Require a £10 non-refundable booking fee to secure appointment time. If more than 24 hours’ notice given of cancellation, booking fee will be transferred to new appointment or refunded. If less than 24hrs notice booking fee will be forfeited and a “no show” will require full payment in advance for a future appointment. A new £10 non-refundable booking fee must be paid to secure a future Saturday appointment slot. Booking fee is redeemed at end of treatment if all T&C’s have been met.

PATCH TEST: These are required 48hrs prior to lash/brow tints and lash lifts. No patch test = no treatment.
PLEASE NOTE: As I’m a home based salon, appointments run on time (usually), so if you arrive early please wait in your car until your appointed time. You are more than welcome to message me
to see if I’m free (I’ll answer if I am), but please be mindful that someone else is having their treatment and may be relaxing or sleeping. If you are late, your treatment time may be shortened if another client is due after you.
PARKING: Is at the owners own risk on our drive. If parking on the road, please be considerate to our neighbours.
GIFT VOUCHERS: These are valid for 12 months from purchase. There is no cash alternative or “change” given. If the voucher hasn’t been used by the date written on, then voucher becomes invalid.
PAYMENT: Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer. Debit / Credit Cards Accepted
